Hearing Health Center, a privately-owned independent Audiology practice with multiple locations in the Chicagoland area, is seeking an Audiologist to add to our Downtown Chicago, IL team. We have been helping our community since 1984, and we are passionate about reconnecting people to the sounds of life. At the Hearing Health Center, we work closely with every major manufacturer, allowing our practice to be on the cutting edge of technology and advancement. The ideal candidate will be an Audiologist who can manage independently and also collaborate with a team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and is willing to go above and beyond for their teammates and the patients they serve. The Audiologist will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, follow-up care, as well as counseling and educating the patient to find the best solution to treat their hearing loss. We do not do Vestibular and see limited Pediatric patients. Main Job Functions: Employ best practices to provide exceptional patient care Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Execute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patientxe2x80x99s needs Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc. May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, senior living events, etc. Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information Adhere to company policies and procedures You will need: Education: Masters of Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) Active Illinois Dispensing license or eligible for licensure Strong leadership and communication skills Self-starter, team player, positive energy Problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills Salary & Benefits: Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 Paid time off, holidays Medical, 401(k), Dental and Vision Paid CEUs, and continuous training, coaching, and development.
