Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. Duties:- Conduct hearing tests and evaluations- Interpret test results to determine the extent of hearing loss- Provide recommendations for appropriate treatment options such as hearing aids or cochlear implants- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address patient needs- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation- Stay current on advancements in audiology research and technology Experience:- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology (preferred)- Valid state licensure as an Audiologist- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in medical imaging, aseptic techniques, and medical terminology- Experience in diagnostic evaluation using specialized equipment -Current license with Florida Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology required Skills:-Knowledge of principles, methods, procedures for the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation of audiological dysfunction. Including experience with Videonystagmography and dizziness disorders. -Strong Organizational skill -Stellar interpersonal skill -Ability to work independently and multi-task This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a difference in the lives of patients with hearing impairments.
