AUDIOLOGIST *** Employment with Tridant Solutions Inc. is contingent upon the candidatexe2x80x99s ability to successfully pass a criminal background screening, controlled substance/ drug screening, and provide valid document(s) that serve as confirmation of your right to work in the United States *** JOB DESCRIPTION The Audiologist candidate will be providing comprehensive services related to hearing loss & hearing loss prevention at different locations to service members of the Georgia Army National Guard. The Audiologist will identify, assess, diagnose, and treat persons/ service members with impairments of auditory and vestibular function. Applicants must be accredited by the ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association) to conduct annual hearing evaluations, SPRINT testing, and audiology examinations for Service Members who have a significant hearing threshold shift or for Service Members (SMs) who qualify as a H3 category in accordance with AR 40xe2x80x90501 and DA PAM 40xe2x80x90501 set forth by the National Guard Bureau of the Surgeon General. POSITION TYPEThis position is PART-TIMEDUTIES (Including but not limited to) Perform hearing evaluations for the GA ARNG Service Member who is pre-identified as an H3 or test currently as an H3 in accordance with AR 40xe2x80x90501 and DA PAM 40xe2x80x90501 Conduct examinations in a HIPAA, Privacy Act, and OSHA-compliant government-owned armory. Exam results shall be entered into the MODS/MEDCHART module of MODS or an applicable substitute and be provided to the Deputy State Surgeon of the GA ARNG. The provider shall document the results on the same day examinations are performed. Annotate and enter services into the Speech Recognition of Noise Test (SPRINT), Chronological Record of Medical Care, Comprehensive Audiological Evaluation form, and/or appropriate document. Provide all documentation concerning medical treatment to the GAARNG. Provide maintenance and calibrate hearing machines as necessary. Other audiologist administrative related duties as required. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS MUST be accredited by the ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association). MUST possess an unencumbered Audiologist license for the State of Georgia MUST possess at least 1-3 years of recent experience conducting hearing evaluations, preferably with Service Members of the U.S. Military MUST be proficient with Army Regulations for Medical Readiness MUST have knowledge and experience with MODS, and MEDCHART. MUST possess experience with SRPs and other weekend events. REPORTING INFORMATION Work Location Ft.
