You Will Train to: Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patientxe2x80x99s needs Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Hearing Aid Express sales protocol An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy You will need: Previous sales, customer service experience Bilingual; Spanish Speaking preferred High School diploma required, college degree in a relate field such as business, psychology, communications sciences & disorders, etc. Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required We are proud to offer: A great environment to showcase your skills A competitive unlimited compensation package that rewards performance A comprehensive benefits program which includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, paid sick time, paid holidays, 401k, life insurance, hearing aid discounts, access to telemedicine services and more Professional development and training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift No weekends Ability to Relocate: Pasadena, TX 77502: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
